Joe Feinleib
Joe, founder of Coastal Luxury Homes, created and set the style for high-end custom homes in Fairfield County and Sarasota Florida for over 16 years. With a Fine Arts degree, he brings to The Mill a unique blend of design and construction experience. His eye for clean, trend setting design has allowed him to re-envision this historic mill building into a high-end luxury community.
Sam Gault
Sam, President of Westport-based Gault Family Companies operates three business divisions in the area: Energy & Homes Solutions, Stone & Landscape Supplies and Properties & Development. With a healthy property portfolio, Sam’s earned a reputation for identifying and developing value in commercial, office, retail, mixed use, multi-family residential, and respectfully repurposing historic landmark buildings.
Marybeth Woods
A licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in residential design, Marybeth received her architectural degree from Cornell University. She began her career in NYC at Rosenblum/Harb designing Barney’s stores. Moving to Westport in 1994, she started her family and focused on designing custom homes, relying on clean lines, simple forms, and polished details. She takes traditional elements and fuses them with modern details to create crisp, elegant spaces that are functional, livable, and enduring.

Bruce has built an idea-driven practice whose work is inspired by place, culture, and history. Quickly gaining a reputation for excellence in design and service, he has been the recipient of numerous design awards for his residential, commercial, retail, and restaurant work and has become an acknowledged expert in the adaptive re-use of existing buildings.

Philip H. Cerrone is an experienced architect with over 35 years of experience. He believes that architecture is more than just designing a structure. Bill Kenny
Bill Kenny, a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist, a Soil Scientist, Registered Landscape Architect, and a Certified Organic Land Care Professional has more than 25 years of experience in site and environmental planning and construction. Bill earned his degrees from Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, from the University of Connecticut in Landscape Design, and from the University of Massachusetts in Soil Science.
Mr. Redniss is Principal Planner and previous President of Stamford-based design build firm Redniss & Mead, Inc. Over the past four plus decades, he has built a portfolio of award-winning projects throughout Fairfield County of virtually every scope and type – from residential, commercial, retail and industrial to educational, religious, government, and cultural to waterfronts, parks and open space. This extensive body of work is respected by both the public and private sectors for its creativity and sensitivity to the natural and built environment, facilitating the public review process and focus on efficient solutions to wide spectrums of land use challenges
