The Mill is comprised of just 31 authentic and timeless residences finished in one of two distinct styles. The Vintage Modern homes honor the pre-war history of this great structure in the post and beam style, while the New Modern layouts are constructed with steel and glass. Light wood floors and an open floor plan create a contemporary urban feel. Vintage Modern
Embodying an organic warmth reminiscent of TribeCa lofts or the warehouse districts of London, the Vintage Modern residences showcase romantic and textured interiors with exposed hemlock columns and beams, the authentic brick walls on display, and ceilings adorned with wood plank details. The exposed steel brackets, stone lintels, and brick corbels reveal each unit’s unique past. It’s truly a perfect marriage of careful historic preservation and a luxurious experience.
